There has been a rumor that the movie features an X-Wing Pilot named Gorwyn, but it isn't known if this is the name of Greg Grunberg's character. Though, some are calling his character the 'Wedge Antilles' of this new Star Wars trilogy. There are no substantial story details in regards to Greg Grunberg's X-Wing pilot. Also true, the character seen here has facial hair as rumored.
That appears to be true, according to this leaked photo. He was on the Pinewood London set for a total of 7 weeks, and earlier reports stated that he is not playing a CGI character. Star Wars 7 News has more information about the character, the biggest fact being that he will appear in 3 movies, most likely those held within the new trilogy that kicks off with Star War 7. Greg Grunberg, best known for his role on the hit TV series Heroes, is definitely playing an X-Wing pilot. Though the authenticity of this photo has not been confirmed, it's hard to deny that this is the real thing. Suffiecet it to say, there will be plenty of SPOILERS from this point forward.
